Luke T. Hall, Youth Pastor
Pastor Luke Hall joined the Faith Baptist pastoral staff in September 2007. A born Oregonian (Albany), Luke previously served as the Youth Pastor at First Baptist Church in Ridgely, Tennessee for five and a half years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology from Union University of Jackson, TN, in May 2003.
2007 marked a big year for Luke and his wife, Jennifer, as they moved from the south to the Oregon coast and welcomed their daughter Verity into the world in April. Second daughter, Charis, joined their family in September of 2008, and a third daughter, Teleia, was welcomed in November of 2014.  Luke and Jennifer are enjoying their 17th year of marriage and 12th year of ministry at Faith Baptist Church. Former residents of the Olympia, Washington area, both Luke and Jennifer love the Pacific northwest and being entrenched in the Lincoln City community.
Pastor Luke is crazy about his wife and daughters, loves the sport of wrestling, and is an avid Major League Baseball fan. He is terrified of sharks despite never having really seen one and would prefer to keep it that way. Luke's favorite book of the Bible is I John because it challenges believers to walk in the light and live out Christian love. I John 2:1-2 provides his hope for living the faith. Luke is a strong believer in the Gospel lived out in the context of community, and he thanks God for his church family and the blessing of Christian friendship.  He keeps regular office hours at the church from Monday-Thursday and is always excited to hear from kids in e-mails or phone calls.
